# A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I am receiving this error from the Blueprint Tracker Logs

  

[2007/11/27 14:08:34 P5F0 T384 e SettingsTask] Failed to retrieve setting '1' for customer 'XXXX' from the Settings web service. (Id = 0x8007274C) A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.. SOAP Fault: Failed to send request.
