# A Device has been added with the name "NULL".

### Question:

Why is there a "Null" Device in the Pharos Administrator at Output Management > Devices? This also results in one of our copiers not charging for copies.

---

### Answer:

This problem is likely caused when there is no "Copy Station" associated with the Device > [select a device] > Copier > Copy Station setting in the Pharos Administrator. Ensure that the device has a valid Copy Station (Release Station > Terminal) associated to it.
