# Access Denied" error occurs when building installation packages on the Pharos Print Server

When I attempt to build packages for the first time on the Pharos Print Server, I receive the following error message in the Package Builder logs:

Failed to copy file c:\Program Files\Pharos\Bin\packagecreator\staticmodules\filename.exe

Access is denied

The Print Server and Pharos Administrator are on the same machine.

This is a known issue creating packages when McAfee Anti-Virus & Security Suite is running on the same machine.

To resolve this issue, disable McAfee Anti-Virus & Security Suite when creating packages for the first time.

**UPDATE**: More specifically, it is the McAfee Access Protection that is causing the problem.
