# Blueprint Collector Installation Error 1001. "Login failed for user ‘psbprint’. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL server connection."

When installing a Blueprint Collector I receive the following error message:

Error 1001. Login failed for user ‘psbprint’. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL server connection.

This is an expected error message if the SQL Server has been installed without mixed mode enabled.

Clients should enable mixed mode operation and reinstall the product. Clients can use the following link to enable mix mode security:
