Blueprint Enterprise - When trying to release a print job from MyPrintCenter I receive the error Incompatible Printer

Problem Description:

I am using Blueprint Enterprise and when printing to a Blueprint Secured Print Queue the file cannot be released to the device. I receive the error below when trying to print something from MyPrintCenter to a Device.

Incompatible printer
The release to this printer is not supported by the type of print job selected. Please select a different printer and try again.

I also observe that in Print Center the below triangle icon next to the Device I am trying to release it to.

Impacted Products:

Pharos Blueprint Enterprise 5.3 and greater.


Resolution Steps:

This error is specific to the Print Device in Blueprint not being a part of the Print Group of the Secure Printer that the print job was submitted to.
