# Blueprint Sentry Print Services health test fails.

### **Problem:**

On our Analyst or Collector we see in the Server Configuration Tool that the Sentry Print Services test is failing.

### **Environment:**

Blueprint 5.2 SP5.4 and greater.

### **Information:**

The Blueprint Sentry Print Service check uses two URL’s to verify the Sentry Print Web Services are running. On the server itself open a web browser and check to see if the URL’s below return a valid web page. [**http://localhost/SecurePrinterProvisioningService/help/index.html**](http://localhost/SecurePrinterProvisioningService/help/index.html) Some additional things to check.

1. Does the Server have an Internet Proxy configured? Open Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN settings. Is the Proxy server checked?
2. Open the IIS management console and verify that there are two sites listed under the "Default Web Site" called **PharosMpsProxy** site listed like below and the **SecurePrinterProvisioningService** web sites as seen below.

3. Next, open the IIS Manager Console and under Default Web Site > select Bindings on the right, then open the HTTPS binding and ensure that you do NOT have a "Host name" value entered (should be blank). This can cause the application to not function. **NOTE:** **The IP Address value seen in the below image also needs to be set to "All Unassigned".**
