# Blueprint: Test failed. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

### **Product:**

Blueprint 3.5 and greater.

### **Problem:**

I receive the following error from Blueprint Server Configuration Tool test.

"Test failed. The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

### **Information:**

The common name used in the SSL Certificate does not match the Hostname used/set in 'Blueprint Server Configuration Tool' under the 'Server Host Name / Address' field.
