# Canon Device Error: "There is no valid printer for printing this job from this station"

When I log on to the Pharos Canon Integrated Solution to release my print jobs, I receive the following error and I am unable to print the documents:

**"There is no valid printer for printing this job from this station"** - (see attached MEAP screen shot)

---

This is a configuration issue and can be solved by removing valid print job attributes from the printer object created for this device in the Pharos Administrator.

Use the following steps to remove the entries from the Pharos Administrator:

1. Open the Pharos Administrator.
2. Select the Printing > Print Servers > [selected Print Server] > Printers context and highlight the iMFP printer.
3. On the General tab, select Valid Attributes.
4. Uncheck all Valid Attributes and save by clicking out of the screen.
5. Perform a change control and restart the Canon device.
