# Canon iMFP Error: "User is Locked on Terminal

Canon iMFP devices display the following error message if a user moves from one device to another:

"User is Locked on Terminal (terminal name)"

This is a known issue with the Canon 2.0 release firmware and is to be addressed in an updated firmware release.
