# Change Inactivity Timeout

### Problem

You want to change the inactivity timeout to increase/decrease this timeout based on your needs and are wondering if there’s a way to change this.

### Solution

You can change the inactivity timeout in the Pharos Administrator>Global Settings>Inactivity timeout. Please do remember that this setting is global and applies to all the groups and branches.
