# Collect Diagnostic Logs from Scouts in Pharos Cloud

**Did you know?** Introduced in Pharos Cloud 4.4, the **Collect Logs** feature enables administrators to collect diagnostic logs om Print Scouts and Device Scouts directly within the Pharos Cloud Admin console with a single click, streamlining access and accelerating troubleshooting. Previously, administrators had to manually gather logs from workstations or servers, which proved to be a slower and more time-consuming process. Logs are now easily requested and securely packaged then delivered via email, providing a fast, secure, and convenient way to access and share Scout data.

**What can you do?** You can quickly collect Scout logs in Pharos Cloud by the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Device Scout or Print Scout tab
2. Select one or more Scouts from the list
3. Click **Collect Logs**
4. Enter your email address
5. Initiate log collection

After initiating log collection, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email within up to 24 hours containing a secure download link and password.

Collecting logs directly in Pharos Cloud simplifies and accelerates troubleshooting by providing administrators with a centralized, hassle-free way to gather Scout diagnostic data, improving operational efficiency and enabling faster issue resolution.
