# ComTaskMaster service will not start

ComTaskMaster service will not start; it appears to start, but then stops.

Faulting application CTskMstr.exe, version 3.6.4685.0, faulting module PCInfo.dll, version 3.6.4685.0, fault address 0x00029cb9.

You need to update to a new version of the PCInfo.dll.

To update use the attached file:

1. Stop the ComTaskMaster service
2. Delete or rename the current pcinfo.dll (e.g. pcinfo.dll_old)
3. Copy both files to the bin directory
4. Start the ComTaskMaster service
