# Creating Secure Print Queue on MAC OS X

## Question

How to create SecurePrint print queue on Mac OS X.

## Answer

1. Download and install Print driver for the selected Mac OS.

2. From System Settings, go to Printers & Scanners and click “Add Printer, Scanner or Fax..” button.

3. Select the IP icon at the top of the screen.

4. Complete the configuration as shown below.

- Address: user id

- Protocol: Line Printer Daemon – LPD

- Queue: Name of Blueprint Secured Queue on Collector.

- Name: any name of your choice

5. Click on the Use drop box and chose Select Software…

6. Choose the printer driver for your printer and click OK.

7. Verify that all settings once again and click the Add button.

8. Select the setting of your choice and click OK.
