# Diebold ETI Error: Configure file not loaded

The following error appears in the IP Biller log file:

[01/Jul/03 16:21:08:453C00001 i] Reply IP Biller:CMD_FAIL[#28]Diebold system error, please contact Diebold system administrator; error: Configure file not loaded

To resolve this problem, copy the file Dc_svr.cfg to %windir%\system32.
