# Diebold UTI Gateway Error: Access violation at address 77BD92F9 in module 'msvcrt.dll'. Read of address 00000000

When I install and test the Pharos Diebold UTI gateway I receive the following error message:

Access violation at address 77BD92F9 in module 'msvcrt.dll'. Read of address 00000000

The Diebold UTI cannot be installed on an Windows 2003 Server. The connectivity DLL from Diebold does not currently support Windows 2003.

You will need to uninstall the gateway from the server and install it on a Windows XP or 2000 machine.
