# Does Pharos SignUp support Intel Mac?

Will the Signup Client be supported on the Intel Mac platform in the near future?

The current Pharos SignUp Client for Mac OS X will only function on Macs based on the Power PC processor. When transitioning the Mac to use Intel processors, Apple(R) implemented a compatibility mode to help reduce the impact of this transition. Unfortunately, this compatibility mode is not suitable for the Pharos SignUp Client.

Pharos Systems is currently updating the SignUp Client for Mac OS X on Intel processors. This update is currently expected to be available end of 1st quarter 2008. At its release, this update will support Mac OS X 10.4.
