Blueprint Administrator fails to connect to Analyst and the error is "Server is currently unavailable - code 75853"

Problem:

When I start the Blueprint Administrator I receive the following error message, "The Server is currently unavailable" (Code 75853)".

Possible Solutions:

Number 1:
The Pharos Administrator uses the Internet explorer proxy settings to contact the server. If the proxy requires authentication or the proxy is not aware of the Pharos Server you will receive the following error. Pharos recommends you temporarily remove the proxy settings from Internet explorer located in the following menu location.
Internet Explorer\tools\Internet options\connections\LAN settings\proxy server > Uncheck the proxy server setting and re-open the Blueprint Administrator application.

Number 2:
The machine you just installed the Blueprint Administrator on is not able to connect to the SQL Server hosting the Blueprint databases. When you install the Blueprint Administrator on a stand alone machine it must be able to connect to the SQL Server hosting the Blueprint SQL databases. As indicated in the installation guide the SQL Server that is used by Blueprint must allow remote connections and that the SQL Browser service needs to be running on that SQL server.

From the Blueprint Installation Guide: "When using a standalone Administrator to connect to a remote server, you must ensure that SQL Server on the remote server is configured to allow remote connections (by default, SQL Server does not allow remote connections - you must enable them using the SQL Server Surface Area Configuration tool). You also have to verify that the SQL Server Browser service is running and set to start automatically."
