    Symptom:

    When using Citrix VDI solutions and Pharos Products you see some of the below behaviors.

    • Print jobs from one user end up in another users queue

    • Inability to print .pdf’s directly from Web Retrieval (custom application)

    • Inability to print documents scanned through Unified Scanning (TracDoc, Historical, PONL, IRIS, etc.)
