# Error "sh.exe has stopped working" when executing the Omega usb-hdd-install.bat on a Vista machine

When you attempt to run the USB memory stick firmware install tool "usb-hdd-install.bat" on a Vista machine an error is returned:

"sh.exe has stopped working"

Continuing to ignore the error message, the usb-hdd-install.bat tool displays this error again.

Pharos is aware of the problem and will produce an update to resolve the problem in future revisions. This article will be updated when the new revision is available.
