# Error: Unable to add print processor, the parameter is incorrect. Pharos Popups cannot be installed.

### Problem:

Error: Unable to add print processor, the parameter is incorrect. Pharos Popups cannot be installed.

### Applies To:

Windows 98, Popup Client

### Cause:

The Pharos Installer did not copy unipcp95.dll into the system directory.

### Solution:

Copy unipcp95.dll into the system directory. This file is located on the Pharos CD.
