Failure to Install Any Print Packages

Problem:

Whenever you try to install a package, you receive the message: "The installation failed. A detailed log has been written to ControllerLog.txt." This happens when trying to install any of the packages.

Solution:

You can consider incorporating the batch file MIME type ("application/bat") into the IIS Manager by navigating to "MIME Types" and adding the file extension "bat". Subsequently, attempt to reinstall the package. This adjustment should facilitate the installation process.
