## **Pharos Sentry Print Service (Local Connector Only)**

#### Improved Handling of Large Scan Jobs on Secured Ricoh Devices

Fixed an issue where large scan jobs on secured Ricoh MFDs could cause the Secure Print application to crash. The maximum supported scan size is 100 MB (roughly 250 pages at 300 DPI), and users will now receive a clear message when this limit is exceeded.

**Note:** Printers must be re‑secured to apply this hotfix.

To verify the fix, after re‑securing the affected devices, check the Secured Version column in Secure > Secure Printers within the Pharos web console. The updated version confirms successful deployment.
