# Get a List of Users Information and ID Cards

### Problem

You need to get a list of users on Pharos with their Email Addresses and the ID Cards numbers, and you are wondering if you can get this information from the Database.

### Information

Please note that card numbers are stored as a one-way hash. Therefore, it is impossible to extract that information. However, you can extract the user data using the API as described in the below article. However, it will only show information about the users that have printed. The users that have never printed or were inactive will not show in the results. And unfortunately, there is not a way we can extract this data:
