How can I receive email notifications from the Pharos Help Center for newly created or updated Knowledge Base Articles or Documentation?
Answer:
To receive email updates when a new KB Article is created or updated and any new Documentation is added or updated, currently the way to do this is to use the “Follow category” in the Pharos Help Center for Main Section or Topic you would like to get updates for.
First, locate the section you would like to subscribe to, click the 3 dots and then select the Follow option.
Next, you then fill in your email address here when this dialog appears next.
Lastly, you then click the Follow button and you are all set. This has to be done for the Main Sections only, there are a few of them but once you do it you are all set and you do not need to be logged into the Help Center to do this.
