How do I create a new lead?

Creating a new Pharos Lead will kick off an automated process whereas your entry will be routed directly to the inside sales team for immediate follow up (> 10 min during business hours). To create a lead:

1. Select the "v" next to the Lead section to pop open the pulldown list, go to New Lead 

   

2. Fill out any available Lead information in the New Lead form

3. Please fill out Lead Source, select any option that is logical for the situation

4. It is critical to fill out the Country & State/Province fields so the lead will route properly

5. Once you click "Save" your lead will now be routed into the Pharos New Lead Workflow!
