# How to enable logging for the Sentry Base server application.

How to enable logging for Pharos Sentry Base Service?

---

1. Login to the Sentry Base Service web console, this is done using the hostname of the server in a URL like below.

[HTTPS://server_name:9072](HTTPS://server_name:9072)
2. Select the Base Settings TAB at the top.
3. Select "Debugging Log Level" and click the Update button at the top. Then select level 4 and click the Update button.
4. The log files will be kept in the below folder by default.

C:\Program Files (x86)\PharosSystems\SentryBase\Data
