# How to modifiy the email message a MobilePrint user receives when their documents are ready to release.

### Question:

How can I modify the email message that is sent out to Users to notify them when their MobilePrint documents are ready to print?

### Solution:

Modify the following file to change the email message.

C:\ProgramData\PharosSystems\MobilePrint\EmailResources\DefaultWebReleaseTemplate.html

Make a backup of this file prior to making any changes. Kepp a backup of the changed file as well because they may be lost during a upgrade or update to MobilePrint.
