For upgrading, our recommendation is to upgrade the Sentry service without uninstalling it. The .msi file can simply be double clicked on the server with the Sentry Print Service installed and it should work as an upgrader. Once the upgrader is opened, follow the on-screen prompts and the service will be upgraded.
