# HP iMFP does not record copy job

After installing the HP iMFP Pharos firmware and testing a copy transaction the device never records any copy job transactions in the Pharos Database.

AnswerThis is a known issue with the Pharos HP iMFP firmware. After installing the Pharos firmware and setting up the server details you must reboot the HP device.
