# Install package error: "AddPrinter failed with error= The printer driver is unknown."

When I install a package I receive the following error:

"The install failed with error "AddPrinter failed with error= The printer driver is unknown."

This error is not related to Pharos - it is associated with the print driver.

Complete the following test to confirm this:

1. Create a test printer using the suspect driver on the local workstation
2. When you click the Finish button you should receive the following MS error: "Unable to Install Printer. Operation could not be completed"
