# “Invalid username or password” when using Omega with a Billing Gateway

The error “Invalid username or password” appears when using Omega terminals with a Billing Gateway.

This problem occurs when the Omega device’s Bank has its Source of Identification set to “N/A” and no Logon Plug-in is used. The workaround for this problem is to create a script with the content:

PlugIn.Result = true;

and attach it to the Bank's Logon event.
