### **System User Role Name**

- System user role names no longer include the "Global" prefix. For example, "Business Manager - Global" is now simply "Business Manager." This change affects role names as displayed throughout Pharos Cloud and does not change any underlying permissions, access levels, or role functionality.

## July 16th, 2026

### **Pharos Secure Release mobile app**

Version: 3.0.7

- Users marked as Inactive are now automatically signed out or blocked from signing in
- Swiping left opens the job list, which always shows at least one job.
- "Print All" and "Print" buttons are now hidden from the job list when QR Release is disabled.

## July 14th, 2026

### **Authentication Options in Pharos Cloud**

- Internal Credentials and Active Directory have been removed as configuration options in Pharos Cloud. Existing customers will keep their current configuration working as-is with no disruption.

## July 7th, 2026

### **Access Groups**

- [Access Groups](https://doc.pharos.com/cloud/G_Print%20Analytics/Access-Groups.htm) has been hidden as an option in Pharos Cloud. If a customer is licensed for Print Analytics and would like this feature, please reach out to [customerpreview@pharos.com](mailto:customerpreview@pharos.com) to request access.

### **Auto-Delegate Default**

- The global default for Auto Delegate has been switched from ON to OFF for users who have never explicitly set their own preference. Going forward, users will need to manually opt in if they want auto-delegate active.
