# Memory Full" error on a Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i

Getting a "Memory Full" error message using a Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i.Answer

The Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i was recently certified.

In order to avoid the "Memory Full" error, please try the following steps:

- First, change default user privilege on the Pharos Release Station to Admin;
- On the device itself (not the RUI):
  - Press the Settings/Registration button
  - Tap Personal Settings
  - Tap Management Settings
  - Tap Device Management
  - Tap Manage Personal Settings
  - Change “Action When Number of Users Exceeded” to Delete Oldest User Settings
