# Modifying the email messages that Mobile Print sends to users.

### Question:

Is it possible to modify the automatic reply sent from Mobile Print when someone emails a job to the Mobile Print server?

### Environment:

Pharos Mobile Print 2.0 and greater for Uniprint and Blueprint

### Answer:

You can modify the email messages by modifying the template files used by Mobile Print. By default when it is installed they are located in the directory below on the Mobile Print server.

"C:\ProgramData\PharosSystems\MobilePrint\EmailResources"

**NOTE:** An upgrade of the software to the next version will overwrite these files back to their defaults and your changes will be lost, you will need to then re-apply your customizations.
