# My Pharos Omega PS150 firmware upgrade fails. What should I do?

What should I do if I receive an error during an Omega PS150 upgrade?

---

The Pharos Omega PS150 is designed to recover from errors during a firmware upgrade. Clients should attempt to update the PS150 firmware again in case of a network problem.

If a Pharos Omega PS150 does not return to a normal state or becomes upgradable, clients should contact Pharos Technical Support.
