# My Print Center returns to logon screen when selecting any menu item.

### Environment:

Uniprint Print Center most versions

### Problem:

Why does My Print Center return me to the logon screen when selecting any menu item?

### Reason:

A version mismatch between the Pharos Print Center Web component and the Pharos Secure Release and Print server components was found.

### Solution:

Verify that the Pharos Print Services version you are running is correct for the Pharos Print Center version. This can get out of sync if the Print Services are installed on a Principle Server and the second run through the upgrade is not completed. That step is required to upgrade the non-Principal server components.
