Pharos Cloud: Settings & Secure Settings Updates
Pharos Cloud has been updated with a refreshed Settings experience to make configuration easier and more intuitive. Below is an overview of what has changed and where to find key options.
1. New “Settings” Tab in Account Settings
A new Settings tab has been added under Account Settings. This tab consolidates several configuration tools in one place.
Moved Items
The following settings have been moved from the Secure Settings tab to the new Settings tab:
- User Authentication
- Friendly URL
On the Secure Settings page, these items now appear as redirect links. Selecting them will take you directly to their new locations.
2. Updated Secure Settings Menu UI
The Secure Settings menu on the left-hand navigation has been redesigned with a cleaner and more modern layout. This improves readability and helps users locate options quicker.
3. Updated Direct > Settings Design
The Direct > Settings page has been refreshed with the same updated UI style for a more consistent experience across Pharos Cloud.
4. New Options in Account Settings > Settings
The new Settings tab includes the following sections:
- User Authentication Providers – Configure authentication methods and providers.
- Friendly URL – Set or update your organization’s friendly URL for the User Portal.
- Integration APIs – Access API configurations.
- User and Group Sync – Used to import users and groups from an identity provider that supports SCIM 2.0.
5. Updated Pharos Cloud Licensing Page
The Licensing page has been redesigned with a clearer, more modern layout. This makes it easier for administrators to understand their licensing details in alignment with our updated packages.
