# Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to view recent activity for a user in Pharos Remote.

When I try to view the recent activity for a user in Pharos Remote, I get a 500 error with the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". How do I fix this?

When applying Pharos 8.0 Hot Fix 4, the ***transaction_list_detail1.sql*** file may not have been applies, or may have accidentally been applied to the wrong database.

Run the SQL query again and ensure that you are running it against the pharos database.
