# Omega PS-150 : Unable to Flash or Restart via Web

I am able to connect to the Omega PS-150 and the web administration page, but when I click on Upgrade (to flash the firmware) or Restart, nothing happens, the browser reports "done" and nothing happens on the Omega.

Additionally, there is no 'Status' listed for the Omega(s) at the bottom of the page.

---

The problem is that the web interface uses the hostname to connect and run the associated code(s).

Check that the Omega can be pinged by the hostname in your environment. If that doesn't work, you can add a hosts entry to your PC or update your DNS environment so that it is reachable. If pinging by hostname works, and the other functions still do not, please contact Pharos Support.
