# OPIX Toner Savings License Error

While replacing the license file "server.lic" in the OPIX directory under its required path 'C:\Program Files\OPIX\OPIXCoordinator' and starting the OpixCoordinator service, the service keeps on stopping and log in the Event Viewer the following error: Unable to cast object of type 'NullLicense' to type 'OPIXCoordinator.LicenseClient'.

You will need to follow the steps in the Opix installation and configuration guide to create a new license key request, provide this to your Pharos Account Manager for a license key to be returned as you normally do.
