# Pharos Products & Citrix VDI: Users printing are seeing other users print jobs at the release Terminals.

#### **Symptom:**

When using Citrix VDI solutions and Pharos Products you see some of the below behaviors.

- Print jobs from one user end up in another users queue
- Inability to print .pdf’s directly from Web Retrieval (custom application)
- Inability to print documents scanned through Unified Scanning (TracDoc, Historical, PONL, IRIS, etc.)
