# Pharos Response to CVE-2021-44790 and CVE-2021-44224 - December 2021

## Background

On December 22, 2021 the Apache Software Foundation released Apache HTTP Server 2.4.52 in response to two CVEs: CVE-2021-44790 and CVE-2021-44224. One of these may allow a remote attacker to take control of an affected system.

These vulnerabilities ***do not*** impact any software or hardware product by Pharos Systems.
