# Popup Packages AddPrinter failed with error: "The remote procedure call failed."

When we install the Packages we receive the error message

AddPrinter failed with error: "The remote procedure call failed."

If you change the print process on the spool queue and printer to Winprint RAW instead of HPZPP3zw RAW (as an example) and rebuild the package, the package is installed correctly with no errors.
