# Print Center Returns a Blank or 403 - Forbidden: Access is Denied Page Instead of the Logon Page

### Problem

After configuring Print Center to work in an ARR Farm configuration, the page that should display the logon prompt is showing up blank. It may also return this error. 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

### Solution

It was determined that the issue occurs because the URL redirect document, hosted on the Pharos API server, does not work because IIS has the Default Document feature disabled.

Once that feature is enabled and the IIS service is restarted, the file created to accomplish the redirection, should work as expected.
