# PS150 does not enable the copier

After logging onto PS150 the copier does not enable or display a ready state.

The PS150 screen continually states "**Enabling Copier**" (screen shot attached)

#### **To resolve this issue in version 6.1 or later:**

1. Open Pharos Administrator.
2. Select the Output Devices > Pharos Managed Devices context.
3. Select the relevant device and go to the MFD tab.
4. Set the Plug-ins option to "**None** ".
5. Save this and click the Change Control button at the top of the Administrator screen.
6. Restart the PS150.

#### **To resolve this issue in version 6.0 or earlier:**

1. Open Pharos Administrator.
2. Select the Systems > Script context.
3. Insert a new script called "MFP Check".
4. In the edit window type the following text: **PlugIn.Status = 0;**
5. Save this and close.
6. Select the Output Devices > Pharos Managed Devices context.
7. Select the relevant device and go to the MFD tab.
8. Set the Plug-ins option to "**MFP Check** ".
9. Save this and click the Change Control button at the top of the Administrator screen.
10. Restart the PS150.
