It's a clear way to see exactly what's triggering a message to your users, all in one place. Notifications are grouped by audience, so administrators can quickly tell what's configurable from what isn't. **Configurable notifications** Found under Print User Notifications and Administrator Notifications, these can be turned on or off with a simple checkbox. They cover things like passcode emails, registration notifications, and administrator logs. Keep them on for visibility or switch them off to keep inboxes focused on what matters most. **Essential Email Notifications (Always On)** These support core workflows that depend on them to function, including Secure Print (Internal), External Proximity Card, Guest Print, and Scan to Office 365. They can't be disabled by design, so critical workflows keep running smoothly even when optional notifications are turned off. With one tab, you get complete visibility and the right balance between staying informed and staying focused.
