# Readme Upgrade Blueprint 5.4 Pharos Sentry Print Service from 3.86.9 to 3.86.10

This document describes the changes in Pharos Sentry Print Service to upgrade Sentry Print from the Blueprint 5.4 released version of 3.86.9 to 3.86.10.

### **Release Notes**

Pharos Sentry Print Service version 3.86.10 contains the following updates: Updates to fix an issue with securing Ricoh devices for Blueprint.

### **Installation**

Download the Pharos Sentry Print Service patch.

This update is for use with the Blueprint 5.4 Analyst or collectors where Sentry print is already installed with Pharos Sentry Print Service 3.86.9.

Simply double click the MSI and following the dialog sequence. No configuration is required afterwards.

### Securing a previously unsuccessfully secured device:

If securing a Ricoh device failed using Sentry Print 3.86.9, simply start the securing process again using a server with Sentry Print 3.86.10.
