Here’s how you can request to access Pharos Cloud new features.
Please make sure you indicate the feature you want us to enable.
1. Send an email to customerpreview@pharos.com requesting access to the feature.
2. Pharos will respond to you within 2 business days.
3. Pharos will arrange and set up a follow-up session after 30 days to gather feedback on the new feature.
Note: If you have requested access to a certain feature and didn’t hear back from us after 3 business days, please reach out to support@pharos.com and we’ll be happy to help.
