Here’s how you can request to access Pharos Cloud new features.
Please make sure you indicate the feature you want us to enable. The list of currently available features is provided below.
1. Send an email to customerpreview@pharos.com requesting access to the feature.
2. Pharos will respond to you within 2 business days.
Note: If you have requested access to a certain feature and didn’t hear back from us after 3 business days, please reach out to support@pharos.com and we’ll be happy to help.
1. Enterprise Key Managemet
The feature flag will unlock the Advanced Encryption section on the Account Settings > Settings screen.
2. OpenID Claim Mapping
The feature flag will unlock the Advanced button in the User Authentication Providers section on the
Account Settings > Settings screen when the Provider Type is set to OpenID Connect.
3. Scan to Fax
The feature flag will unlock the Scan to Fax section on the Secure > Device Profiles screen.
4. External Card Integration
The feature flag will unlock the External Card Integration section on the Analysis > API screen
