Ricoh iMFP Test Connection fails with Connection Status: Null when I configure it against Blueprint. What do I do now?

You may get this error if the SSL Cert didn't get installed properly the first time around. To work around this issue you would need to install the Certificate again to the problematic device and configure the software again via the web interface.
